Summer!

It's just two and a half short weeks until I no longer have to care about homework or force myself out of bed at 7am each and every morning!  I can't wait!  School has been so long this year honestly, with the feeling of having dragged out since around mid-January, and even more so since I was done with NED last month.

I have some awesome things coming up this Summer!


  • My first time in Washington D.C. will be from June 14th-21st!  There will be pictures coming from that.  I'm going to the White House, Gettysburg, the Smithsonian Museum, and more! And to top it off I'm going with my comedic and nerdy history teacher and my classmates!  It's going to be a great time!
  • Free Range Sports will be adding Chisholm and Mesabi East in the Fall so there'll be work to do there. 
  • Some longer shifts at Walmart, which will lead to more money assuming I get them :) 
  • Three weeks at Story Book Lodge!  I can't wait to be there for Junior High and 3rd Junior, as well as camping at the new and improved "Senior Teen" week!  It's going to be awesome! 
  • I'm filming a wedding July 18th, and DJing one on August 29th. So excited!
And in between there will be lots more going on I'm absolutely sure of it.  It's going to be busy, but there will be some down time too, especially since I consider SBL my vacation.

A Post About Snow

Snow is something many of us seem to be bi-polar about, myself included.  We love it when the first snowfall of the year graces it's way through our area, but by March we're sick of it and ready for Spring.  It coats the roads, causes car accidents, and sends people to supermarkets in droves, because everyone's worried that this will be the last time they ever make it out of their house for the next few days, which never really seems to be the case thankfully. Regardless of that though, lots of us love a good snow.  Think of the things we have to be thankful for when the snow flies.  We are now able to go (if there's enough snow), sledding, skiing, have snowball fights, and build snowmen. There are tons of things to do when that first winter storm hits, and we should enjoy it while we can.  I've been regretting not being able to take part in Winter activities these past few years due to my numerous prior commitments, but maybe this will be the year

TikTok: Why.... Just Why?

It's a day off and I'm sitting at home scrolling through the Snapchat stories of my friends and co-workers.  I'm just leaving one person's story and moving onto the next, but first I have to watch an advertisement, because Snapchat needs to make money somehow doesn't it? I look at the screen, and for some reason a teenaged dude is just chilling there in a white suit and clown makeup lip syncing to some song I've never heard of before.  The screen is split though, so you know someone else must be coming to join him, right?  Well low and behold not even five seconds later another teenager in a black suit with his hair groomed to resemble a sheep and blue/black skin steps in and starts lip syncing to another part of the song where a different person seems to sing.  The ad cuts out not long after that, and I'm back with my Snapchat stories.
