So, Where Am I Currently?

As of now, I find myself beginning Chapter 16.  This chapter is supposed to be a relatively low-key chapter, with not much happening.  The plot setting is currently Chicago, IL.  The story will probably stay there for a few more chapters before moving on to where the main action happens, and most of the people that signed up will appear.

So, how did I get the idea to have the characters sidetrack through Chicago?  I've actually been to Chicago, and I found it as quite the interesting city.  Having some action happen here to push the story along to the main location, rather than just dragging the story along until we hit the place, makes the story look and sound much better.

I still have some positions open as well.  I need a local comedian, and an actor.  Pretty much anybody I know could fill these roles, so just let me know if you're interested.  I'll update this again on Monday, December 9th.

A Post About Snow

Snow is something many of us seem to be bi-polar about, myself included.  We love it when the first snowfall of the year graces it's way through our area, but by March we're sick of it and ready for Spring.  It coats the roads, causes car accidents, and sends people to supermarkets in droves, because everyone's worried that this will be the last time they ever make it out of their house for the next few days, which never really seems to be the case thankfully. Regardless of that though, lots of us love a good snow.  Think of the things we have to be thankful for when the snow flies.  We are now able to go (if there's enough snow), sledding, skiing, have snowball fights, and build snowmen. There are tons of things to do when that first winter storm hits, and we should enjoy it while we can.  I've been regretting not being able to take part in Winter activities these past few years due to my numerous prior commitments, but maybe this will be the year

TikTok: Why.... Just Why?

It's a day off and I'm sitting at home scrolling through the Snapchat stories of my friends and co-workers.  I'm just leaving one person's story and moving onto the next, but first I have to watch an advertisement, because Snapchat needs to make money somehow doesn't it? I look at the screen, and for some reason a teenaged dude is just chilling there in a white suit and clown makeup lip syncing to some song I've never heard of before.  The screen is split though, so you know someone else must be coming to join him, right?  Well low and behold not even five seconds later another teenager in a black suit with his hair groomed to resemble a sheep and blue/black skin steps in and starts lip syncing to another part of the song where a different person seems to sing.  The ad cuts out not long after that, and I'm back with my Snapchat stories.
